Delete Color swatches from desktop colors pallette
I have a bunch of custom colors created over time that I wish to delete. I can't find the tools, say it right clicking, to delete a custom color

The easiest way to delete colour swatches is to drag them to the bin.

There is another method to do it, which I couldn't do in Desktop and Screen Saver, but was able to in Pages. If you have Pages, Numbers or Keynote or another application that uses the colour palette try this method.
(You have to get an orange highlight around the cell to be able to delete it). Fill the large cell (the cell left of the eye dropper) with a colour and drag it onto a small cell with a colour until you see the highlight appear, then release. Now you can use the delete key.
Option and/or Control keys don't help. This is probably unsolvable. Thank you very much for your time!
Thank you very much for this. I have a feeling I have some of these colors in my color picker reservoir already, so this will probably do it.

OK in the little Custom Color palette for Desktop, highlight one of the little squares & hit forward Delete.
Does Forward/Delete = Right Arrow/Delete?
That's what I would've thought but it doesn't work that way for me
