Payment not valid

I’m trying to register my credit card on apple store as it says “your payment method is not valid in this store”. It is a visa debit card from an international bank and the billing address is my previous country and my phone still set up for that region. Does anyone know how to fix it?

My Credit card Hello. I’m trying to put my credit card in my payment on my phone especially to my appstore account but it doesn’t work for some reasons. It says I should contact with apple support to solve the problem. Keep in mind that I’ve talked to the support yesterday to remove the balance from my account to change my country on appstore, so I’m not sure If it was because of that. I hope someone helps me solve the problem.

I can't add a credit card as a payment method I can't add a credit card for payments. I get the message "thу payment method is not valid at this store". My account is in Lithuania and my credit card is Lithuanian. How to fix it. I can't buy anything.
