My phone says iphone unavailable

my iphone says ive entered my passcode wrong to many times (even though it was the correct code) and now my phone says unavailable how can i unlock it as I dont have a computer

If necessary, borrow a computer or go to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller.
