hello. could you please help to find out - how can i update the note app to get rid of the limited functionality of it ? or what should i do to fix the Note app and get whole functionality such as scanning etc

Create a new note. Add text and press the ellipsis to bring up the scan feature. Scanning can also be done in the Files app.
