Apple watch stuck of apple logo, unable to restart and showing as not paired to iphone

Hi,

Yesterday during a workout my apple watch came up with a notification that i had no storage and wasnt recording calories or heartrate. On the apple watch app on my iphone i turned off photo syncing and turned the apple watch off. When trying to turn the watch back on, the apple logo is just constantly showing. I have tried a hard reset but the logo disappears and then comes straight back. I have tried erasing the watch data on the app but it says the watch is not in range.

Unsure what else i can try!
