Downgrade to free iCloud storage
When I try to downgrade iCloud to free 5 GB, I can select it, but the done is greyed out and I can’t complete the downgrade. My storage is under 5gb.

If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
