I manage about 80 Apple computers a handful of which won't allow me to unlock the Privacy settings remotely. I can change them when I am in front on the laptops but not when I use Team viewer desktop or Zoho. Happens on various ages of device and OSX I have even wiped one reinstalled the OS to 12.4 and reinstalled Team Viewer and given it all the required permmisions
Any ideas?
Both Team viewer and Zoho are fully up to date
