hello, I had such a situation my younger brother bought coins from my card in the game, I called the bank and asked for a refund, the money was returned to me, well, my iCloud account was blocked, how to solve this problem?

Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

iTunes Store charge disputes should be taken up with them, except when a card has been compromised.
