Speaker broken- Says i’m stuck in head phone mode
I dropped my iphone in water and it now says i have headphones in when i don’t and the speakers do not work. I have tried almost everything. HELP!!!

It's likely damaged and will require replacement as the iPhone 6s Plus wasn't even splash-resistant.
