How do you Delete subscription history?
You can’t. Expired subscriptions will disappear on their own after about a year.

Because mine disappeared after about a year. But you might have asked the wrong question. Your purchase history never goes away. I can see purchases in my purchase history back to 2003, and it includes subscriptions.
