my dads 2 iPhones

my dad passed away on the 21st of April this year and in the folders app there is a lot of important stuff for the house and his farm's contract and much more things for the wealth that he has left us I would appreciate it if someone from the apple team to help us to recover that from the phone I understand about the privacy that the company offers with the products that Apple sells but the phone numbers of Important people and the contracts in the phone is very important to us and I have the death certificate of my dad. unfortunately, I don't know the serial number of the phone nor it is connected to the same account I'm located in the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi near yas mall if the staff can help me with it would mean the world to me thank you.
