Nothing. It's free.

You just go to the Find My App, tap on the Me tab, then scroll down to "Help a friend".

This will open iCloud.com website, where you can sign in with the family members Apple ID.

Alternatively if the family member shared their location with you, their devices will appear in the Devices tab in the Find My app.
