I have an iPhone 11 as a work phone. The sim was previously used by my predecessor. The voicemail on missed calls is different to the voicemail when I’m on the phone. How do I change the voicemail when busy? Currently the message is my predecessors! Help please. 😊

VoiceMail is a specific cellular carrier service. Contact the carrier who provided that SIM card, and ask them.
(if you are using a previous owner SIM card and if you didn't change the phone number, that's normal).
