I deleted the pic of the app from

my home screen not the whole app I can go to App Store and open it I want the pic of back on my Home Screen how do I get it back

Try this: Use App Library to search the app you are looking for, see this Apple article:

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
