[Face ID issue]
My face ID wasn't working so I went to reset it. When I get to the first screen where is asks me to position my face within the frame - nothing happens. Anyone else had that issue before?

There might be something wrong with the face ID sensor requiring service.
Make sure you have done all the steps in:
If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

Get service
If you still can't enroll your face, contact Apple Support.
