I can’t make my iphone go to landscape mode

I used to be able to change my iPhone screen to landscape now I cannot. How to retrieve that function?

What screen are you trying to view in landscape? Not everything is available in landscape, certainly not the home screens, unless you have the Plus version of a 6, 6s, 7 or 8. You could pull down the Control Centre to check that orientation lock isn't on.
