If above does not work - one does Not Have to Transfer from iPhone to computer - just Live Stream the Movie, Video from within the Apple TV Application on the computer

For purchased videos, if the suggestions for sync between iPhone and Mac don't produce what you need, it may be that you need to download them separately to the other devices (like your Mac). That occurs naturally when both devices are on the same Apple ID.

This does not work for purchased videos. ie TV Shows or Movies purchased in the Apple TV App or iTunes APP.

If you're using macOS Catalina or later

Both Device need to be using the Same Apple ID for this to work

You can use Air Drop.
