How to restore on iCloud without Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi of my device is not working and I cannot restore, it also does not give me an option to use cellular data.


How shall I proceed?

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Try to do the restore from a computer.

Ask a friend, acquaintance or family to use their computer, or at a public library.

Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
