Searching Apple Music does not show "Apple Music" "Your Library" buttons

I have two computers, both running the same OS (12.3.1) and the same version of Apple Music (1.2.3.56).

On one, when I enter an artist or song in the search fox, I get the results, and in the upper right corner of the Apple Music browser I see two buttons, which allow me to limit the search to either Apple Music or my library.

On the other desktop computer I do not get these buttons. Anyone know why?
