M1 Mac Mini wont identify more than one USB microphone at a time

I recently purchased two USB microphones, a Behringer BV635 and BV-BOMB. I'm able to connect and use properly each mic when I only connect one of them. However if I connect both at the same time, either with a hub or one in each USB port, only one shows up on the microphone list, usually the first one I connect. I know the problem isn't with the mics since I'm able to connect both and see both at the same time on a Windows machine.

Mac mini, macOS 12.3

Let me clarify, I am NOT trying to get both mics working at the same time, I understand clearly how to create an aggregate audio device. The problem is that only ONE microphone is being detected when I plug both mics in.

I have the exact same problem. Only the last one connected is recognized.

Is there a way to update the USB name/id of a mic somehow?

Have you tried with Audio MIDI setup? See Combine audio devices into a single aggregate device in Audio MIDI Setup on Mac - Apple Support (IN).

I would love to, but ONLY ONE mic shows up in the input device list. My Mac mini is only enumerating ONE USB mic.
