Holding down on my home screen prompts me to remove every single app on iPhone 13 (shaking apps). How can I turn this off??

Thanks. I don't recall this feature on the iPhone 7. What do you mean by "expected behavior"? It seems extra sensitive and delaying the touch timing screws up everything else. If I can't turn it off is there any "work-around" to mitigate having this occur all of the time?
You cannot. That's expected behavior.
