Compressor services can't be started

Reposting,


I have gotten this warning. Unable to do even simple jobs with Compressor since Monterey upgrade.


Monterey 12.3.1

Compressor 4.6.1

FCP 10.6.2


Is someone at Apple with pro training able to address this issue?
