I have an LG UH605V, installed the apple tv application and cannot access libraries.
The option is unavailable "not displayed"
I can only choose apple tv +, search, settings.

There’s an Apple TV app and an Apple TV+ app. The latter is just for the Apple TV+ streaming service. The former is for Apple TV+, and also for iTunes Store movies and TV show for buy and rent, and also for select premium Apple TV Channels as licensed from other content providers. Only the full Apple TV app has a library.
Check the LG Content Store on your smart TV to see if one or both of these apps are available for your model.
