transfers texts from 1 iphone to another

I have a new Iphone SE 3rd generation. How can I transfer my old texts that were not backed up to iCloud off 1 phone and onto the other? The old phone is a 1st generation SE. Thanks in advance

If you enabled iCloud messages, all of your texts are synced between devices.
