Please help me sir! I can't update apps, so my password is correct

I would recommend to try and update your password within iCloud Settings if the issue is password related.
However, if you have ever used more than one Apple ID on that device for Media & Purchases, it is possible the apps that require an update are associated to that Apple ID. If that is the case, enter the password for that Apple ID, or delete the apps that require an update and re-download them. They will then install tied to the Apple ID currently signed into the device.
If you have used a second Apple ID and requested account deletion, you would need to delete the affected apps and reinstall them so they are tied to your current account signed into the device. That is the only reason I would think you would receive the error message ‘Cannot find this person.’
