You can use just about anything. If you have one of the older 5 watt power adapters from a previous iPhone and the cable that came with it, you can use that.

If you need to buy a new power adapter to use with the cable that came with the iPhone 13, the following is a popular option: Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple

Or if you already have a larger USB-C power adapter (e.g., one that is used for a Mac computer or iPad) you can use that.
