All of a sudden callers get msg this user is not taking calls. I have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Might you be using Do Not Disturb? Might this have been set in Settings > Focus?

Thats the first thing I checked.
If you do not have Do Not Disturb on in any manner, such as driving, then contact your cell service provider.
