When trying to download the Zwift app, I am getting the following error 'ZwiftOSX.dmg Failed - Insufficient Permission' I have admin rights, and have tried on multiple wifi networks and on a 4G mobile network. OS Monterey has been updated on my MacBook Air

Where are you trying to store the downloaded file? You need to download it to a location within your home user folder. You cannot store files outside of the home user folder since with recent versions of macOS the system volume is read-only.
Have you tried rebooting the computer?
Try a different browser. I prefer Firefox as the alternate to Safari.
