FCPX applying auto key frame to every single adjustment made. Has anyone had this issue/resolved it?

I have been using FCPX for years and never had this issue, as of recently any change I make on the timeline to a clip is applying an automatic keyframe. Doesn't matter if it's crop, transform, color grading, it's every single adjustment I make. It's driving me insane having to manually delete the keyframes any time I change something, and slowing down my workflow. I've searched YouTube and all over online, unable to find anything, hoping someone here can help.

Thanks in advance!

I can assure you there was not, unless there is some way to accidentally keyframe 100+ clips in the timeline unknowingly which has never happened to me before. It started acting normal again after a force quit and restart of the MacBook. But I can assure you there is also nothing out there on this lol because I looked. Guess I get to pioneer a topic on the Apple forum for whoever the next keyframe victim is.

Whenever FCP crashes or starts acting strangely an easy thing to try is resetting the preferences. Hold option and command while launching FCP and choose Delete Preferences. It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the preferences back to the way you like them (disable background rendering, etc.) and see if the issue has been resolved.
