Hi,
Well, iCloud comes with your Apple ID.
You can’t ‘remove it’ - you can however go to settings > your Apple ID > iCloud > you turn off everything such as iCloud photos, backups, keychain…etc
Basically you just delete everything in iCloud.

Hi,
Did you follow steps on this article?
—> Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
Hi,
You can check iCloud Drive* to see if there’s any file remaining - on your iPhone:
> Go to ‘Files’ app
> Go to the ‘home’ page if you’re not already on it (‘browse’ section)
> At the top of this page, you should see different locations - click on iCloud Drive
> If there are, delete the files you want
> Go back, click on ‘Recently deleted’ location
> Delete permanently the files you just deleted
If there’s not any file in iCloud Drive, go back to iCloud storage page, and try to find out which files could remain.
* if you disabled iCloud Drive in iCloud settings, the remaining files are probably not there.
Yes, but then how can I sign in my Apple ID without sign in my iCloud?
Thanks Remi, understood.
Just a minor question, through iCloud I still see 250kb of files/documents and i am not able to delete them… any thoughts on how to do it?
