Videos not playing

I have videos that were loaded into whatapp on my I phone 13 pro Max. Everything was perfect before I changed my phone in October of 2021. Apple says contact whatapp and whatapp's support is worthless. You contact them and you will stat betting auto generated BS messages and no help. I see many people have the same issue but I do not see any help from Apple either. So I do not know what is going on and I believe Apple and or whatsapp do not care and we have no choice.
