I cannot access my iPhone Xr because the bottom part of the screen is shattered. How do I access the phone now?

The suggestion above to use assistive touch, would be pointless on a screen in which the bottom portion is shattered. The ONLY solution is to get the screen replaced at your Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider. They are only places who have access to authentic Apple parts.

Get the screen fixed.
Try AssistiveTouch, maybe that works
