If you are not seeing the People tab in the Find My app, that could be because of the country that you are located in. Also, location sharing might not be available in other regions due to local laws. Even if you aren't actually located in one of those countries, it might still affect you if your iPhone was originally purchased from one of those countries.


If you're located in a country that does support location sharing, and your device was purchased in a country that supports it, try out these steps:


  1. Restart your iPhone
  2. Update your iPhone
  3. Go to Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions. If this is enabled, make sure Location Services is set to Allow.
  4. Go to Settings ➡️ Privacy ➡️ Location Services, and make sure it's enabled there.
