Does anyone know if the order replacement service works for if the back of the phone is cracked and there are dents around the side of the phone if the $99 is paid?

yes if you have accidental damage on the phone , then you will paid 99$ for phone replacement.
That is NOT true if they only have the standard 1 year warranty that came with the iPhone.
