Regarding iPhone 13 I need to change the color
You have 14 days from purchase to return a phone for a full refund. The only other alternatives are to buy a new one and trade in the one you have (you’ll lose money). Simplist of all - just get a case in the colour you want.
Sell your existing phone, then purchase the colour you wish.
