Choose the Keyboard language for MacBook Pro
If I choose Arabic language for MacBook Pro, would I get English/Arabic Keyboard or only Arabic?
if I choose International English Keyboard, would I get only English Keyboard?

You would get English/Arabic. All non-Latin keyboards also have English so you can type email and web addresses.
