Best way to track push-ups in Apple Health

I’m using the “Pushes” category now, which is intended to track wheelchair pushes. I really just want a counter activity that can record things like push-ups and sit-ups.

As you have already learned, the Health app does not track Push-ups with its own capability. You may wish to perform a search in the App Store for a third party app that may track Push-ups / Sit-ups etc. If there is an app that does this, then you can download it and then integrate it with the Health app.
