Where’s the Weather app on the iPad?
My father’s apple iPad doesn’t have a weather app. Does one come standard (like on my iPhone), or does one have to be downloaded from the App Store?
iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell

Hi t.fromcarlsbad, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.
Whilst there is no app for Weather you can use a Weather Widget on your iPad which I use and the following link explains more about how to add a Widget such as headlines, weather, calendar events, battery levels, and more:

The Weather App is exclusive to iPhone - and is not available for iPad.
However, your iPad does have a native Weather Widget, which links to the Weather.com website.
If you are looking a weather App, there are many to choose from in the Apple App Store - some of which may be specific to your geographic region. One popular option is Windy:
Apple, for reasons unknown, has never included the weather app on the iPad.
