A. Was Find My Enabled?

B. Using a Third-Party App?

If you use a third-party app for this, then check that app's log in site.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Then you won't be able to locate the Watch using technology. Try to remember where you last had it and retrace your steps from there. And read the link I posted earlier.

Try calling it, maybe somebody has found it.
