Hello,

See these steps:

1) Try cleaning it: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods

2) See this: How to Fix Connection Problems with the AirPods

3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods

4) Service: AirPods Service and Repair

Good luck.

There is no single cause for this problem. When this problem occurs, you can try these solutions:

  1. Check your Airpod battery life: Bring the case close to the phone > open the lid > An image appears on the Home screen, displaying the battery life > close the case lid.
  2. Clean your AirPods by following Apple's recommended way: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208729
  3. Turn Bluetooth On and Off.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Unpair and Re-pair AirPods: go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the i next to the AirPods > Forget This Device > Forget Device. Then, you can put the AirPods into their, hold down the button on the case, and follow the onscreen setup instructions to re-pair them again.
