When using outside of home finds that music on Pandora continuously cuts off and on.

If you are outsite home you need Mobile Data or Wi-Fi network.

You can also check which app use Mobile Data, go to Settings -> tap Mobile network ->  scroll down to apps -> turn off per app.

You always need Wi-Fi or Mobile Data. if you're not on Wi-Fi, it will use mobile data.
