IphoneSE 2020

My phone keeps showing a black screen with a loading symbol and flashes my background for less than a second. I tried to hard reset twice and it did nothing. What else can I do?

If the following fsils twice the phone needs repair,

Logo Bootloop Stuck on apple logo

see the process below

If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo - Apple Support

There is no guarantee you can save any data since your last backup if you need to use the Restore option.
