iPhone 13 pro is a month old, i broke it and can't recover data from it. please help. turns on, touch screen is inop.

Unfortunately if the phone is broken we cannot help you with this. It will need to be repaired first.

You cannot access until it is repaired. If repair is "full replacement", your data is gone unless you made a backup to computer or iCloud.
