I have this same problem, but I don't have a folder of previous iTunes libraries. My music disappeared after a crash and my app hasn't been updated recently. It still shows the music associated with my account as not downloaded. I looked in my Media folder and all the music files are still there, as are the playlist files when I try to re-import them. Nothing works. I have over 100gb of music and lots of playlists and playtime data. I don't want to lose access to all that. How do I get it back?
