I have 2t storage iCloud account and my wife has different iCloud account. i can share some of my apple services( Apple plus) with her. But she is out of her iCloud space for pictures. how can i share my iCloud with my wife so she doesn’t have to pay for hers to get more storage.

clicked on ICloud + and showed I am sharing my storage with my daughters , and it says not sharing with my wife. But I can’t click on my wife’s name.
