how can I get a new homepod instead of the broken one

Hello everybody from Ukraine) My HomePod stopped working. It hadn’t reacted at all, just blinking lights”+,-“ at the top of the cover before I reached out to the service but they were helpless. I wonder if it’s possible to get a new one from Apple( not for free) but I have no idea who could help me with this problem? Please help me to figure out what kind of steps should I do to tackle this issue? Best regards!

You can simply go and buy a new one directly at a store like you did originally.

Or if you want a service replacement, you need to set up a Genius Bar appointment to have the Home Pod looked at and diagnosed so Apple can offer repair or replacement options.
