I am using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 and apple music 1.0.6.10. When I go to music> preferences>playback I don't see anything regarding lossless or spatial. This is all I see. Any suggestions?

I just updated my Mac today. And as for the subscription I have a current family subscription. My phone is linked to the same account and I get lossless on it. I don’t know what I need to do. If it’s a matter of updating Apple Music I don’t see where the option is.
Well I guess that’s the problem and after looking into it seems my Mac is too old to run Monterey. Thanks for the help

You need latest MacOS and Apple Music subscription to get lossless and spatial music.
