Ipad won't turn on, black screen

My iPad Model A1490 has a black screen, will not power on. Can't tell if it's charging or not but it's been plugged in for 24 hours. Tried resetting by pressing the power button and home button but nothing.

Use a different charger/cable or try using another wall outlet.
