I upgraded my storage on iCloud but now my photos are not uploading. I went through the instructions to ensure that iCloud is turned on for the app. When opening the app it states that upload has been paused. Please advise

Getting Photos to Sync:
There's likely an error connecting to Apple's server. So, disable Photos in iCloud settings > restart the iPhone > enable Photos in iCloud settings > See if it all syncs.
