i did find a solution after talking to multiple Apple service folks. On my iPhone, I signed out of my iTunes account . Then after signing back in all the art corrected itself. Do this: Start at Settings, then tap on your initials at the top, then it takes you to a screen where you can click on Media & Purchases. Then log out. Then log in again. It fixes immediately.

I am having similar issues, and now it's gotten to the point where if I event preview a song on iTunes, it changes my artwork on my iPhone to a completely different album's artwork. I've been trying to find any way to fix it, but nothing seems to work.

I've tried the following:

  • Deleting the album artwork and adding it again.
  • Removing the music from my phone and then added it back.
  • Deleting the music from my iTunes, adding them back, then adding them onto my phone again.
  • Restarting my iPhone.
  • Restarting iTunes.

I have no other ideas on what to try, and it's extremely bothersome to me.
